Can I buy tickets at the event?
Yes, tickets will be sold at the box office near the main entrance.
Do I need a ticket for a child under 2 years of age?
No, children under 2 are free and may participate in activities.
Do adults need to purchase a ticket?
Yes, adults are required to purchase the general admission adult ticket.
If I purchase my child a VIP ticket, do I also need to purchase one?
No, just purchase an admission ticket for yourself and you will be able to accompany your child to activities.
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be e-mailed to you when your order is placed. You can either print them or pull them up on your phone when you arrive to Dinosaur Adventure.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor event.
Are there weight and height restrictions?
- Inflatable attractions: Maximum height is 36".
- Dinosaur rides: Maximum height is 54" with a maximum weight of 100 lbs.
Can I change ticket dates?
Need to change your ticket date? No problem! You can go ahead and use your current tickets. We understand things come up and are flexible with ticket dates.
Do you offer accommodations for children with special needs or sensory sensitivities?
Yes! To provide a more comfortable experience, we will be opening at 8:30 AM on Sundays specifically for families with children who have special needs or sensory sensitivities. This quieter time allows families to enjoy the event before general admission begins.
